PROJECT SCOPE AND DELIVERABLES
SIC worked alongside Open Circle and ultimately created a marketing plan to target potential new partner schools for future growth, as well as developed an annual sustainability plan to retain engagement with current partner school.
We conducted market research and identified current demand, regulations, and future expansion areas within the Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) marketplace.
Upon analyzing other SEL organizations (through primary and secondary research), we identified the best practices including program structure, marketing strategy, and areas for key differentiation.
Keeping in mind the goal of growth, we used our findings from our research to develop an implementable marketing strategy that would emphasize Open Circle's differentiators and most effectively reach new schools.
