Our application process involves a written application followed by two rounds of interviews. The first round is generally a fit-based interview regarding the applicant's background, while the second round includes an individual and team case study that simulates actual SIC projects throughout the semester. We look for socially-minded, analytical and creative applicants that have demonstrated a commitment to these qualities in the past.
Applications are now open!

Our consultants are our greatest resource, so we invest heavily in their development. The majority of the development happens in case teams, where consultants develop skills in research, teamwork, analytical thinking, creativity, leadership, and client interaction. Overall, consultants learn both quantitative and qualitative industry-specific and project-based skills throughout their time in SIC.
Following two semesters of being a consultant, our members can apply to become Project Leaders (PLs), allowing them to lead a team of 4-6 people through a semester-long project. Project Leaders also work on the Executive Board to shape the club's direction. Our board consists of all current PLs and the President and Vice President, both of whom have been PLs in the past.
As a club, we love to spend time together and make many of our best memories in college through SIC. We hold a number of club-wide and cross-team social events, including 76ers games, Escape the Room, bowling, and even a trip to the Poconos. Club members are encouraged to get to know each other on a personal level and are free to organize events for the entire club.
