PROJECT SCOPE AND DELIVERABLES
The client’s goal was to figure out how to convert from a business-to-consumer (B2C) focused company to a business-to-business (B2B) enterprise. By doing so, the client would be able to become an ethical fashion market leader within the greater ASEAN region, and greatly increase the positive social impact it could have. The team had two main deliverables: a fourteen paged strategic business plan that provided insight into the ethical fashion space and how the client can best compete given various B2B options, and a dynamic financial model to project the impacts and feasibility of B2B in the next 24 months.
The team researched and analyzed competitors within the ethical fashion space in the ASEAN, US, and European markets to understand how best to undergo a B2C to B2B transformation.
BUSINESS MODEL CREATION
The team examined various options to create an additional B2B revenue stream, including the possibility of a technology platform transformation and the development of a high-end luxury fashion brand.
Using historical financial data from the client and existing assumptions regarding the various markets of interest, the team estimated cost and revenue figures for the client's cash flow projections.
