PROJECT SCOPE AND DELIVERABLES
Our final deliverable was a marketing plan detailing whom BDG should target and how they should target to achieve their two-pronged goal of developing a more financially sustainable and socially impact client mix.
We analyzed the client engagement pipeline (from a high level, financial perspective and a qualitative perspective) and performed competitive landscaping to assess the efficacy of their current sourcing methodology.
We then developed a framework that BDG could use to identify prospective clients and applied that framework to examine industries that would be relevant for BDG to target. From there, we detailed a marketing plan of steps BDG could take to better reach their target audiences.
